Since 2011, PSC has organized the Alberta Collegiate Programing Contest (ACPC) every fall semester. The ACPC provides students with opportunities to sharpen and demonstrate their problem-solving, programming, and teamwork skills. As well, it provides a platform for industry and academia to encourage and focus public attention on the next generation of computing professionals as they pursue excellence.
The Problem Solving Club's ACPC contests have been made possible with the support of Arcurve and the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary.
